If any of our providers is located outside Ecuador, we guarantee a level of protection equivalent to the LOPDP through standard contractual clauses and appropriate technical measures.
We keep your data while your subscription is active and afterwards during the periods required by Ecuadorian tax and corporate regulations (up to 7 years). Once these periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised.
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent by writing to dpo@ecaduro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Superintendence for Personal Data Protection of Ecuador.
